GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join a leading consultancy firm.
The ideal candidate should hold an undergraduate degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with a Master’s considered an advantage. At least 5 years’ experience in project management and delivery within a corporate environment is required.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of improving processes and enhancing quality standards, supported by excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with Maltese considered an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Group Head of Operational Projects and Finance team in delivering finance initiatives efficiently and on time
- Supporting maintenance and optimisation of financial systems
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and improving internal tools for better usability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational workflows and stakeholder needs
- Assisting in creating, reviewing, and updating SOPs and operational guidelines for consistency and compliance
- Evaluating processes and recommending improvements
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Providing general administrative and project support to the Group Head of Operational Projects
