GCS Malta is looking for a Corporate & Fiduciary Services Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
Candidates should hold a university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with Maltese-registered companies within a local CSP. Experience in the investment industry will be considered an asset.
This role requires a solid understanding of company law and local AML legislation and procedures, as well as knowledge of company secretarial duties, including statutory record-keeping, corporate governance, and compliance obligations relevant to the administration function.
Strong organisational, project management, and proactive skills are essential, together with fluency in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
- Performing trust and corporate administration duties and supporting compliance matters.
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and regulatory authorities.
- Assisting and mentoring team members with client portfolio administration.
- Reviewing payments prior to approval.
- Attending board meetings and preparing minutes and resolutions, including for listed entities.
- Maintaining client records, including risk assessments, monitoring, and file reviews.
- Preparing operational reports for the Board of Directors.
- Managing a client-focused corporate services team and ensuring service delivery standards.
- Monitoring task completion and ensuring timely delivery of work.
- Supporting performance management, training, and team development initiatives.
