GCS Malta is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
The ideal candidate must preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related, an MBA or relevant is desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a commercial leadership role, especially in engineering, technical sales, or project management is considered an asset.
This role requires a demonstrated track record in project management, leading multidisciplinary teams and securing high-value contracts.

GCS Malta is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and leading commercial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Setting sales targets, budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Managing overall commercial performance, including full P&L responsibility.
- Leading and mentoring sales teams, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Recruiting, training, and developing sales staff to build capability.
- Managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Leading tendering and proposal processes for high-value engineering projects.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and adjusting sales and pricing strategies.
- Tracking financial and sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Analysing data to improve revenue and operational performance.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to support business goals.
- Building relationships with key suppliers, contractors, and partners.
- Leading commercial planning, including growth, market expansion, and pricing strategy.
