Job Description
Are you in possession of a Degree in Law and have experience in Immigration Law in Malta?

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Immigration Executive to join one of Malta’s leading accounting firms. The selected candidate will be working alongside an experienced Head of Immigration and Immigration Partner.
Applicants should hold a Degree in Law or related field, whilst a minimum of 2 years’ experience in immigration law in Malta, with proven exposure to residency permits and residency/citizenship programmes is considered an asset along with experience across multiple programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of, and a strong interest in, Maltese and international immigration law. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive and driven approach.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese, and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications are required.

Responsibilities
- Advising private clients on Malta residency and citizenship programmes, investment migration, due diligence, and relocation matters.
- Managing applications for residence, work permits, visas, citizenship, and related immigration processes.
- Communicating with clients and providing regular updates on application progress and regulatory changes.
- Preparing appeal submissions and responses to immigration authority queries.
- Liaising with Maltese immigration and tax authorities on clients’ behalf.
- Handling document registration with the Malta Public Registry, CFR, Identità Malta, and other government bodies.
- Advising on licensing requirements and compliance procedures in Malta.
- Monitoring immigration law developments and advising clients accordingly.
- Supporting internal and external training on immigration updates.
- Contributing to publications and regulatory updates.
- Collaborating across departments to deliver integrated legal services.
