GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Immigration Advisor to join one of Malta’s leading accounting firms. 
 

Responsibilities

• Managing client enquiries and advising on programme options and requirements.
• Building relationships with professional introducers and managing client pipelines.
• Preparing proposals, engagement letters, and negotiating terms.
• Managing applications, documentation, due diligence, and qualifying requirements.
• Liaising with relevant authorities and external stakeholders.
• Keeping clients informed throughout the application process.
• Supporting business development and strategic initiatives.
• Supporting internal training and regulatory updates.

A Law degree would be considered an asset, together with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in Malta’s high-value residence programmes and citizenship frameworks, and proven experience in assessing source-of-wealth documentation and conducting due diligence on high-net-worth applicants.

One must demonstrate strong organisational judgement, the ability to manage multiple active files independently, and a proven track record of client-facing experience.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese is essential.
