GCS Malta is seeking a Compliance Executive to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies. The chosen candidate would be reporting directly to the Head of Compliance.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk, or a related field, and have an entry-level compliance qualification or be working towards a recognised professional compliance certification. 1–2 years’ experience in a compliance, regulatory, risk, or controlled operational role will be considered an advantage.
This role requires experience supporting regulatory filings, supervisory data requests, and audit or inspection documentation, along with a solid understanding of relevant regulatory obligations. The candidate must be able to follow structured compliance methodologies and accurately maintain documentation using compliance systems, logs, registers, monitoring tools, and reporting processes.
Strong organizational, communication and accountable skills are essential along with having a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day compliance operations and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Assisting with monitoring activities and compliance checks across the business.
- Supporting regulatory reporting and maintaining accurate compliance records.
- Assisting with internal compliance queries and advisory work under supervision.
- Supporting communication and coordination with regulatory authorities when required.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of compliance processes and systems.
