GCS Malta is seeking a Yacht Detailer to work with a leading yachting company. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
The candidate with previous experience in yacht detailing, automotive detailing, luxury vehicle detailing, or similar roles and basic yacht maintenance knowledge will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently achieve high cosmetic standards are essential. Experience with polishing machines, paint correction, ceramic coatings, or detailing products is an advantage, though not required.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Washing and cleaning yacht exteriors including hulls, decks, windows, and fittings
- Polishing, waxing, and treating GRP, painted surfaces, stainless steel, and teak
- Cleaning and maintaining yacht interiors, including cabins, saloons, and galley areas
- Maintaining upholstery, carpets, and interior finishes
- Performing teak cleaning and applying protective detailing products
- Preparing yachts for owner arrivals, inspections, and boat shows
- Ensuring high presentation and cleanliness standards at all times
