GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Supervisor to work with one of Malta’s scientific distribution companies.
The selected candidate should possess experience in furniture installation, including the use of tools and standard installation practices.
Applicants should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, along with well-developed analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. One must also demonstrate effective team management and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications such as word, excel and outlook is essential. A valid B driving license is needed.

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Supervisor to work with one of Malta’s scientific distribution companies.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with Procurement to track ETA of goods, coordinating closely with Logistics for delivery scheduling, and communicating with clients to define project scope, requirements, objectives, and commencement.
- Planning and managing projects by breaking down activities with timelines, developing project management plans, allocating resources, assigning tasks to assemblers and subcontractors, and managing project changes.
- Maintaining full project documentation and ensuring adherence to frameworks, while preparing progress reports and reporting key updates and issues to the General Manager.
- Organising and facilitating stand-up and stakeholder meetings, including documenting discussions, recording actions, and following up on deliverables.
- Conducting site visits to assess logistics constraints, take measurements, and ensure availability of access, parking, and unloading facilities.
- Arranging permits with Local Councils and coordinating crane/lifter services and related equipment when required.
- Monitoring project deadlines, identifying risks and issues, implementing solutions, and reporting damaged or missing components.
- Collecting ongoing client feedback to ensure expectations are met throughout project execution.
- Performing any other related duties as required in line with business exigencies.
