GCS Malta is looking for an Office Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading accounting firms.  
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily office operations and professionally welcoming clients 
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries efficiently 
  • Issuing invoices and processing monthly client statements 
  • Assisting with financial documentation, including financial statements, MBR submissions, and tax filings 
  • Maintaining and updating office databases and filing systems 
  • Providing administrative support through scheduling, document preparation, and data entry 
  • Coordinating day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations 
  • Carrying out general administrative duties with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism 

The preferred candidate should have prior similar experience within administration.

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach.
