GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Operations & Training Support Coordinator to join a dynamic and innovative organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in an administrative, operations support or coordination role, whilst experience in training coordination or working with awarding bodies is desirable.
Candidates should be capable of handling multiple workflows and deadlines efficiently, with strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail. One must have strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, well-structured professional documentation.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Canva is required, while familiarity with compliance-based training environments is considered an asset.

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Operations & Training Support Coordinator to join a dynamic and innovative organization.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and formatting operational documents, reports, and client deliverables using standard templates
- Converting technical input into clear and professional documentation and presentations
- Developing branded materials and ensuring consistency using Canva
- Organising and maintaining digital files through Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Assisting with marketing activities, including LinkedIn content creation and scheduling
- Handling student bookings and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with external certification bodies for course registrations and certifications
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth course delivery
- Updating training and compliance records
- Supporting proposals, presentations, and general administrative tasks
