GCS Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Operations Manager for a local real estate agency. The selected candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in supporting daily operations and business coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management or a similar leadership role. Previous experience within the property sector, sales operations, or business support environments will be considered an asset.
This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commercially driven approach.

Responsibilities
- Managing third-party commission approvals prior to sales and lettings.
- Monitoring high-value property listings and maintaining marketing standards.
- Tracking competitor listings and reporting market activity to consultants and branches.
- Overseeing branch KPIs including revenue, listings, sole agencies, and buyer registrations.
- Identifying consultant performance gaps and escalating operational concerns to management.
- Administering referral policies and commission split arrangements.
- Ensuring compliance with sole agency procedures and operational policies.
- Preparing weekly and monthly operational and revenue performance reports.
- Producing analytical reports, rankings, and sales trend analysis.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and interview coordination with HR and management.
- Monitoring failed transactions and reviewing sales and letting documentation.
- Coordinating networking events, training sessions, and corporate events.
- Managing branch maintenance, refurbishments, and contractor coordination.
- Assisting with annual reporting, conference logistics, and award preparations.
