GCS Malta is looking for a Commercial and Supply Chain Manager to work with one of Malta's leading FMCG companies. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field, with a Master’s Degree as an advantage, and at least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
Candidates must have experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost control, with strong ERP and Excel skills.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Leading procurement operations and coordinating purchasing activities
- Managing inventory, forecasting, and stock optimisation to improve turnover and reduce waste
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on procurement strategy and brand planning
- Strengthening cross-department communication and supply chain efficiency
- Developing KPIs, analysing market trends, and preparing supply chain reports
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, sourcing, and onboarding
- Evaluating pricing and market data to support cost-effective decisions
- Maintaining purchasing systems, processes, and compliance standards
- Overseeing reverse logistics, returns, and inventory performance
- Monitoring forecasts and supplier performance to support business needs
- Handling additional purchasing and supply chain responsibilities as required
