GCS Malta is seeking a Sous Chef to join one of Malta’s leading restaurants. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Chef with the coordination of daily kitchen activities
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to a high culinary standard
  • Supporting a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment
  • Designing and introducing creative menu ideas and recipes
  • Monitoring stock levels and maintaining ingredient quality and freshness
  • Upholding hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Applicants should be able to work independently, contribute creativity, and perform effectively under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required.
