GCS Malta is looking for a Group Corporate Administrator work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in corporate, company, compliance, legal, or finance administration, or a similar role. Experience within a multi-company or corporate services environment will be considered an asset.
Applicants should have a solid understanding of corporate documentation, regulatory filings, and administrative processes, as well as banking, KYC, and compliance procedures. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are essential.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining corporate records and statutory documentation across group entities.
- Coordinating incorporations, restructures, and other corporate changes.
- Preparing resolutions and corporate documentation.
- Liaising with regulators, banks, auditors, and advisors.
- Managing filing systems and document control.
- Supporting banking administration and account maintenance.
- Preparing and coordinating KYC/AML documentation.
- Handling banking compliance queries.
- Monitoring regulatory and financial deadlines.
- Ensuring timely submission of required filings.
- Providing administrative support to senior management.
- Coordinating document execution and onboarding processes.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
