The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and Maltese employment law.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English is required.

GCS Malta is looking to recruit a HR Executive to join one of Malta’s leading vending operators, known for offering a diverse range of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all stages of the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
- Administering payroll and updating employee payroll records
- Tracking attendance, leave, sick leave, and employee documentation
- Maintaining compliance with employment regulations and company procedures
- Drafting contracts, HR letters, policy amendments, and disciplinary documents
- Assisting with recruitment, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding
- Responding to employee HR queries and providing administrative support
- Contributing to performance management and staff development processes
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Supervising uniform distribution and general HR administration
- Supporting health & safety processes, inductions, and compliance records
- Compiling HR reports, payroll data, and headcount information
- Managing work permit, single permit, and TCN applications
- Handling traffic contraventions, related administration, and petition submissions
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and Maltese employment law.
