The successful candidate must hold a degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology or Engineering, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with excellent attention to detail, are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively and work under tight deadlines.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating product proposals across multiple markets.
- Performing market analysis and competitor research to identify industry trends.
- Managing the setup and administration of service agreements.
- Investigating and resolving operational queries and challenges.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer value and business efficiency.
- Processing invoices and managing sales-related requests.
- Assisting management and team members with daily operational activities and administrative support.
