The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business, Economics, Insurance or a related field, with experience in reporting, commercial support, business analysis, or life insurance/ commercial operations.
One must demonstrate strong reporting and analytical capabilities, structured execution, and attention to detail, along with a solid understanding of the life business.
Candidates should also be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

- Analysing life business performance and reporting key sales trends
- Supporting commercial initiatives, discounts, and sales tools
- Coordinating communication and information across teams
- Identifying performance insights and improvement areas
- Supporting delivery of strategic business actions across teams
