GCS Malta is looking for a Client Support Senior Executive to join one of Malta’s leading corporate companies. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing client communications and liaising with regulatory authorities, including the MBR
  • Handling corporate actions, including incorporations, redomiciliations, share transfers, and liquidations
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, maintaining company records, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
  • Supporting board meetings, bank administration, and day-to-day corporate administration for client entities
  • Mentoring junior team members and ensuring regulatory deadlines are met

The ideal candidate must hold a university degree or a minimum MQF Level 5 qualification, with at least three years of experience in a similar role.

This role requires a strong understanding of Maltese company law and corporate administration regulations, along with the ability to draft and review corporate documentation. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high level of attention to detail.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
