- Engaging with clients and prospects to promote products and services
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities across packaging, commercial, and digital print sectors
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with ongoing follow-up
- Preparing quotations, managing orders, and liaising with internal teams
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of client activity and sales pipeline
- Representing the business at meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Driving sales performance and contributing to business growth
