The chosen candidate must have a good client-oriented approach with good organizational skills, and time management. Having experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office is a must.
Fluency in the English language is a must while the Maltese language is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Making sure that the clients are dealt with professionally
- Keeping the client updated with the process flow of their order
- Assisting in preparation for the delivery and installation process
- Following and handling queries
- Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up
