GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Training Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading 4* Hotels.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and team activities
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating Learning & Development programmes
  • Delivering induction and supporting training activities
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating learning delivery
  • Supporting training compliance across programmes
  • Contributing to employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Providing administrative and operational HR support

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR and Learning & Development, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the Shireburn system would be considered an asset.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, supported by excellent organisational and communication abilities. A proactive, creative, and solution-focused mindset is essential.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are required.
