GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate (Lawyer) - TMT and IP Law to work with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm in Malta.
The ideal candidate is a warranted Advocate with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in TMT, IP, or a related field; an LL.M. or specialist qualification is considered an asset.
Candidates are expected to have established expertise in one or more of the department’s core disciplines.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and be result-oriented, whilst also able to work within a team.

- Managing complex advisory, regulatory, contentious, and transactional matters.
- Advising international clients across regulated and technology-driven sectors.
- Leading specialist practice areas and legal expertise development.
- Mentoring junior lawyers and improving departmental processes.
- Enhancing the firm's profile through publications and speaking engagements.
