GCS Malta is looking for an Asset Reliability Lead to work with one of Malta's leading printing companies. The role owns the reliability roadmap, maintenance standards, asset care strategies, and data-driven decisions to ensure long-term asset health and stable throughput.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related) and have experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, or production engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments.
This role requires proven TPM/OEE leadership with measurable results, CMMS experience, strong data analysis skills, and expertise in RCA, FMEA, RCM, and maintenance strategy optimisation.
Strong decision-making skills and keen attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing OEE performance, loss analysis, and improvement actions to improve Availability, Performance, and Quality.
- Leading TPM activities including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Driving equipment reliability through asset strategies, FMEA, CMMS data management, and KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR).
- Coordinating maintenance planning with production and engineering to ensure optimal asset availability.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities, operator training, and reliability-focused problem solving.
- Managing vendor performance and supporting maintenance budgeting and cost control activities.
