GCS Malta is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to work with an innovative business software company in Malta. This role is the main contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for ERP application support requests
  • Providing remote and onsite software support, including upgrades, training, customisation, and enhancements
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases when needed
  • Following up on tickets and keeping customers updated until resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions
  • Supporting documentation and knowledge base development
  • Building strong customer relationships through responsive communication
  • Supporting the software project lifecycle as required

The ideal candidate should hold an IT qualification, with a business qualification or accounting knowledge considered an asset. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in both written and verbal English is essential.
