Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for ERP application support requests
- Providing remote and onsite software support, including upgrades, training, customisation, and enhancements
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases when needed
- Following up on tickets and keeping customers updated until resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions
- Supporting documentation and knowledge base development
- Building strong customer relationships through responsive communication
- Supporting the software project lifecycle as required
