GCS Malta is looking for a B2B Product Owner to work with one of Malta’s leading services providers.
Responsibilities
- Analysing customer needs, market trends, partnerships, and product opportunities while assessing commercial viability and ROI.
- Developing product strategies, including business cases, pricing, use cases, and requirements aligned with revenue goals.
- Leading cross-functional planning and managing the full product lifecycle from research to launch and customer management.
- Monitoring KPIs and driving performance through action plans, upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies.
- Executing marketing and lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, App, and Online channels, using analytics to improve performance.
