GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team at one of Malta's top 5* Hotels. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. 
 

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project delivery from mobilisation to handover
• Managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder coordination
• Developing project strategies, governance, and reporting processes
• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project programmes and milestones
• Coordinating design development and technical integration across disciplines
• Overseeing construction activities, quality, and contractor performance
• Managing MEP coordination, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and project standards
• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks
• Coordinating commercial, operational, and material delivery activities
• Reporting project progress, risks, and performance to senior management
• Leading project completion, commissioning, and final handover activities

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in construction and project management, including managing luxury hospitality developments or refurbishments.

This role requires a solid understanding of FIDIC, RICS, CIOB, ICE, CIBSE, PMI, or equivalent industry standards and contracts.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
