GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team at one of Malta's top 5* Hotels. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in construction and project management, including managing luxury hospitality developments or refurbishments.
This role requires a solid understanding of FIDIC, RICS, CIOB, ICE, CIBSE, PMI, or equivalent industry standards and contracts.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end project delivery from mobilisation to handover
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder coordination
- Developing project strategies, governance, and reporting processes
- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project programmes and milestones
- Coordinating design development and technical integration across disciplines
- Overseeing construction activities, quality, and contractor performance
- Managing MEP coordination, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and project standards
- Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks
- Coordinating commercial, operational, and material delivery activities
- Reporting project progress, risks, and performance to senior management
- Leading project completion, commissioning, and final handover activities
