GCS Malta is seeking a Business Support Manager to join the team at one of Malta's top 5* Hotels. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Leading operational and business improvement projects across multiple sites
  • Travelling between properties to support operations, openings, and refurbishments
  • Coordinating projects, tracking progress, risks, and deadlines
  • Producing project plans, reports, and executive updates
  • Supporting site operations and initiatives when required
  • Analysing KPIs and preparing performance reports
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Reviewing costs, profitability, and operational performance
  • Improving systems (PMS, POS, workforce tools) and coordinating upgrades
  • Supporting recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning
  • Monitoring labour costs and supporting HR and training activities
  • Driving cross-functional projects and operational improvements
  • Conducting property reviews to ensure standards and consistency
  • Supporting openings, refurbishments, and system implementations
  • Carrying out market research and competitor analysis
  • Reviewing processes, policies, and driving continuous improvement

The ideal candidate should hold a degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Management, HR, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in operations, business support, or project coordination.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines, and independently lead projects from planning through to successful implementation.

Strong organisational skills, professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
A valid driving license is required.
