The ideal candidate should hold an IT qualification and have at least 3 years’ experience in technical operations and IT infrastructure roles
This role requires knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, security), Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365), and experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
Applicants must demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage small support teams.
Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on technical support and solutions
- Managing asset, access, IT operations, incident, and business continuity processes
- Writing technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base content
- Maintaining IT service catalogues
- Monitoring IT risks and supporting information security compliance
- Liaising with auditors, stakeholders, and vendors
- Managing third-party services and ensuring SLA compliance
- Overseeing IT hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and upgrades
- Coordinating IT infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Implementing improvements for performance, continuity, and security
- Managing, coaching, and developing IT staff and reporting KPIs
- Identifying issues and driving IT process improvements
- Performing additional duties as required
