GCS Malta is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Insurance & Capital Markets to work with a leading firm in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line support to lawyers and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Managing enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate manual and electronic records and client files.
  • Opening, updating, and archiving client files.
  • Inputting timesheets and assisting with invoicing and debt collection.
  • Conducting AML checks on new clients.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Carrying out general office duties, including meeting room preparation, client reception, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Running errands as required to support office operations.


The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. 

This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
