GCS Malta is looking for a Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing reception, calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Maintaining office organisation, supplies, and general upkeep
  • Handling filing, scanning, and document management
  • Managing room bookings, rentals, and client viewings
  • Supporting administrative tasks including work permits, audits, and accounts
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and tracking action points
  • Assisting with marketing, social media, and promotional content
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting HR onboarding and office administration
  • Ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and health & safety documentation
 
The ideal candidate will oversee front-office operations and provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office.

The role requires strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.

Fluency in English and Maltese is essential, while knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset.
