GCS Malta is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, supported by a strong understanding of applicable AML/ KYC regulations.
This role requires strong risk assessment, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and self-motivated approach is essential, together with strong administrative, organisational, and business support skills.

GCS Malta is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting CDD, KYC, and client onboarding reviews across corporate, fiduciary, and fund structures.
- Reviewing documentation, assessing client risk, and performing AML, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate client records.
- Supporting bank account opening processes and liaising with internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Assisting with regulatory updates, operational support, and ad hoc compliance duties.
