GCS Malta is seeking a Executive Risk Management to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.
The ideal applicant will have completed, or be in the final stages of completing, a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a similar discipline.
The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively identify and resolve issues are essential.

GCS Malta is seeking a Executive Risk Management to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating operational risk reviews through the company’s risk management platform.
- Establishing and enhancing risk policies, procedures, and governance processes.
- Maintaining accurate risk records and registers.
- Producing risk reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Tracking, escalating, and documenting operational risk issues.
- Reviewing business processes to identify risks and control gaps.
- Encouraging risk awareness and accountability across the organisation.
- Preparing and coordinating regulatory submissions to the Malta Financial Services Authority and Central Bank of Malta.
- Assisting with company-wide risk assessments and related initiatives.
