GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager to join a leading consultancy firm. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications considered an asset. A minimum of three years’ experience in account management within investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management is highly desirable.
The role requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. The ideal candidate should communicate effectively, demonstrate accuracy, and maintain a professional and courteous approach when engaging with clients and colleagues.
One must demonstrate strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently with limited supervision, and the flexibility to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing key client relationships through regular communication and client visits, where applicable
- Serving as the primary point of contact and client advocate for day-to-day application activities, escalating issues and requests as required
- Building and implementing a client-focused relationship management framework, including regular status meetings and application reviews
- Establishing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution
- Identifying and maximizing cross-selling opportunities to align the firm's products and services with client needs
- Leveraging internal resources to support clients in meeting their application requirements
