GCS Malta is looking for an AI Application Developer to work with a leading firm in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

• Developing AI-powered business applications and intelligent assistants to enhance operational efficiency.
• Building workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Configuring and maintaining AI knowledge bases and enterprise content integrations.
• Participating in solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Developing integrations between business systems and AI services.
• Supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Preparing technical documentation and user guidance materials.
• Supporting the adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in software or application development, including low-code platforms, with practical experience delivering business solutions in a professional environment and working with cloud-based technologies.

The role requires a strong understanding of API integrations and data structures, supported by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills, combined with a curious, innovative, and solution-focused mindset, are essential.
