GCS Malta is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.
The ideal candidate should be a fully qualified accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Experience managing a client portfolio in a CSP environment will be considered an asset.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, supported by excellent organisational and people management skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications are required.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing accounting engagements to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Managing diverse client portfolios across local and international markets.
- Compiling and reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and reporting packs.
- Coordinating VAT compliance activities and corporate tax filings.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members through guidance and support.
- Maintaining client relationships and serving as a primary contact for queries.
- Tracking budgets, billing, and engagement performance.
- Driving process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
