GCS Malta is looking for a Project Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification and is in possession of, or actively working towards, a Maltese engineering warrant. A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in a project management role is considered an asset.
Ideally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to solve issues, attention to detail is required, whilst a valid Maltese driving license is a must.

GCS Malta is looking for a Project Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering projects end to end, defining scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Allocating and coordinating resources, resolving issues, and ensuring customer requirements and quality standards are met.
- Managing client communication, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback.
- Monitoring project costs, controlling budgets, managing variations, and ensuring accurate reporting, WIP tracking, and timely billing.
- Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating internal teams, designers, subcontractors, and handovers.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, client SOPs, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
