GCS Malta is looking for a Fire Fighting Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities related to the servicing, installation, repair and certification of firefighting equipment.
The ideal candidate will have an MQF Level 5 technical qualification, experience in technical coordination, and team supervision, preferably within fire, security, or facilities management.
This role requires the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings, with familiarity in firefighting equipment and related servicing standards considered an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and manage time effectively, are essential.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily support for servicing teams and operational activities
- Managing client requests, job scheduling, and technician assignments
- Prioritising tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely job completion
- Maintaining accurate service records, data, and documentation
- Conducting site checks to support quality assurance and compliance standards
- Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Preparing certifications, quotations, agreements, and service documentation
- Communicating with clients and supporting service-related queries
- Assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, and record management
- Participating in training sessions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
