GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Tax Executive to join one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified or nearly qualified Accountant with at least 3 years’ experience in a tax environment.
This role requires strong knowledge of Maltese tax legislation and experience in reviewing tax computations and returns.
One must be proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
Fluency in Maltese and English is essential.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and related tax computations.
- Supporting technical tax research and drafting opinions on Maltese and international tax matters.
- Assisting with complex tax calculations and ongoing tax compliance requirements.
- Overseeing junior associates and providing guidance on tax and VAT matters.
- Liaising with local authorities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitoring tax legislation updates and contributing to departmental knowledge.
