GCS Malta is looking for a Tax Assistant Manager to join one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified Accountant with at least 4 years’ experience within a tax unit of a CSP, including experience reviewing tax computations and returns.
This role requires strong knowledge of Maltese tax legislation.
One must be proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Maltese and English is essential.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing corporate and personal tax returns, VAT filings, and related computations.
- Providing technical tax advice on Maltese and international tax matters.
- Supporting tax compliance, complex tax calculations, and transaction structuring activities.
- Overseeing junior associates and assisting with their development and training.
- Maintaining client relationships and delivering quality tax support.
- Keeping updated on tax regulations and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
