GCS Malta Is looking for a Manufacturing Process Technology Manager to work with one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
 

Responsibilities 

• Leading manufacturing and packaging process improvements. 
• Driving operational excellence and equipment efficiency. 
• Managing product transfers and technical projects. 
• Conducting investigations, root cause analyses, and change controls. 
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. 
• Promoting innovation, safety, and continuous improvement. 
• Leading and developing technical teams.

The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, with Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology considered an asset, and has experience in technology transfer, formulation, and process engineering.

Expertise in solid dosage manufacturing, packaging, statistical evaluation, and leading technical improvement projects is essential for this role.

Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
