GCS Malta is looking for a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to work with one of Malta's well-established online gaming and entertainment companies. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate should be partly ACCA qualified or hold an equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years’ experience working with PSPs and managing large datasets.
The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, along with fluency in English, are essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing PSP reconciliations, transaction postings, and financial records across multiple payment platforms and bank accounts.
- Monitoring PSP balances, settlements, fees, chargebacks, and reserves while resolving discrepancies.
- Reconciling deposits, withdrawals, and payment flows between internal systems, PSPs, and banking channels.
- Supporting cryptocurrency monitoring, conversions, and wallet transactions.
- Assisting with audits, financial reporting, and daily finance operations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Contributing to process improvements and enhanced reporting accuracy.
