The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Accounting, ACCA qualification, or equivalent, with extensive senior accounting experience and proven leadership within a CSP or professional services environment.
This role requires strong expertise in IFRS, GAAP, tax compliance, and statutory reporting, with the ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, mitigate risks, and provide strategic solutions.
One must have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing regulations and technologies.

- Leading and mentoring accounting teams, managing workloads, performance, and professional development.
- Overseeing financial reporting, client accounts, audits, payroll, VAT compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, GAPSME, tax regulations, and professional standards.
- Improving accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency across the department.
- Managing client relationships and providing tailored financial solutions and support.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated client services.
- Monitoring industry developments, accounting standards, and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement.
