Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, Law, or a related field, with extensive experience in tax advisory, compliance, and planning, ideally gained within a professional or financial services environment.
This role requires strong knowledge of Maltese tax legislation, international tax matters, and proven leadership experience within a tax practice.
Exceptional client relationship management, strategic thinking, business development and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role.

- Overseeing tax compliance, reporting, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Providing strategic tax advice on transactions, restructurings, and international tax matters.
- Managing client relationships and supporting business development opportunities.
- Monitoring tax legislation and industry developments to ensure compliant advisory services.
- Driving process improvements through technology, automation, and best practices.
