GCS Malta is looking for an HSE Coordinator to work with one of Malta's leading printing companies. 
 

Responsibilities

• Promoting HSEF practices across manufacturing operations while ensuring legal compliance and risk reduction.
• Developing and monitoring risk management strategies and safety improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing and implementing HSEF policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Advising management and employees on HSEF legislation and compliance requirements.
• Delivering internal HSEF training and supporting employee awareness.
• Collaborating with departments to maintain compliance with management system standards.
• Supporting safety teams and leaders in improving workplace practices.

The ideal candidate should hold a NEBOSH Environmental and/or OHS Certificate with 3+ years’ HSE experience. A Diploma in Health & Safety or related field would be considered an asset.

The role requires strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices, with the ability to manage projects and assignments independently.

Strong collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
