IT Business Analyst (Italian Speaking)

GCS Malta is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join one of Malta's leading consumer goods companies. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the IT Manager.
 

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining knowledge of ERP processes and functionality across at least four departments.
• Analysing, documenting, and testing system developments, process flows, and specifications.
• Identifying process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Managing relationships with assigned departments.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and implement solutions.
• Preparing and presenting project status updates.
• Providing first- and second-line support to assigned departments.
• Delivering software training to end users.
• Supporting software quality and security audits.
• Working collaboratively within project teams and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Managing priorities and adapting procedures to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will hold an MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Business & IT, with 3+ years' experience in ICT, business process analysis, software deployment, and IT project management.

One must have strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, and ERP modules across key business functions.

Fluency in Italian is required.
