The ideal candidate should be ACCA qualified or hold a Master’s degree in Accountancy, with extensive experience in a similar role, including proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
One must demonstrate the ability to prepare high-quality, professionally presented reports, effectively delegate tasks to junior accountants, and review work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
Strong business acumen, communication, networking, organisational, and analytical skills, together with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines, are essential to this role.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrating industry knowledge and assessing client needs through relevant KPIs.
- Leading corporate finance assignments, including valuations, IFRS reporting, and due diligence.
- Providing team leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
- Advising on IFRS and resolving complex technical matters.
- Identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing assignments from initiation to completion.
- Overseeing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitoring team performance and development.
- Building client relationships and supporting business development.
- Driving strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Leading key client engagements and advisory projects.
