GCS Malta is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to work with a leading bank in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

• Leading financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance insights.
• Developing Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Supporting financial modelling and data analysis using Python and SQL.
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Building and improving data pipelines and analytical tools.
• Collaborating on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Enhancing reporting systems, automation, and data integration.

Candidates should have relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analytics within the banking or financial services sector, along with an MQF Level 5 or 6 qualification in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

A postgraduate certification in SQL and/or Python would be considered an asset.

One must be proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrate a strong initiative-driven approach.
