Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinating candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and recruitment partnerships.
- Supporting offboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assisting with performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Preparing HR reports, metrics, and budget-related updates.
- Contributing to HR projects, policy improvements, and employee engagement activities.
