GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to work with a local pharmaceutical company.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years’ warehouse experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a regulated industry.
Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and pharmaceutical warehousing requirements, with ERP system experience considered essential and SAP experience considered an asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, are essential for this role.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Maltese would be an asset.

Responsibilities
- Managing warehouse operations, including materials, finished products and inventory control.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and company quality standards.
- Leading warehouse teams through training, performance management and development.
- Maintaining stock accuracy through ERP systems and cycle counting.
- Overseeing storage areas, deviations, audits and compliance activities.
- Monitoring KPIs and driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and cost control.
- Collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and logistics partners.
- Optimising warehouse processes, space utilisation and operational performance.
