GCS Malta is looking for an Internal Accountant to work with a holding company within the hospitality and tourism industry. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
The ideal candidate must be a fully qualified accountant or in the final stages, whilst previous experience in accounting or a similar role is considered an asset.
One must be competent in MS office, MS excel and accounting software, along with experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities
- Performing general accounting and financial administration duties.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and consolidations for review.
- Reconciling financial statement balances and account components.
- Preparing VAT returns and financial reports for relevant authorities.
- Liaising with auditors and reviewing financial statements and tax returns.
- Supporting other finance-related activities as required.
- Supporting, training, and mentoring junior finance staff.
