GCS Malta is looking for a Financial Controller to work with one of Malta’s leading solar energy companies.
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification and be a Warranted Accountant or Auditor, with a minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication and numerical skills are essential.
A sound understanding of business principles and strong commercial acumen are also required.

GCS Malta is looking for a Financial Controller to work with one of Malta’s leading solar energy companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing financial and accounting systems, budgets, cash flow, investments and financial risks.
- Preparing and analysing financial statements, forecasts, reports and feasibility studies.
- Advising the CEO and Board on financial performance, strategy and investment decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring expenditure, assets and performance against approved budgets and objectives.
- Leading the Finance Department, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Supporting strategic projects and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and service quality.
